Are there meetings for service users?

Meetings for service users take place regularly. However, the management team has an open door policy at all times which means any issues which arise can be dealt with promptly.

Can I have a trial stay?

The trial stay would be part of the probationary process which varies depending on the service users. It can range from anything to one night to a maximum of a month.

Is there a complaints procedure?

Merry Den has a complaints and appeals procedure in place and each service user is provided with a copy of this procedure, either in written or pictorial format.
